This incredible relic is a totem of protection. Given by a snapping turtle found in Maine, this piece imbues its wearer with this animals incredible natural armor. The skull of the snapper has been coated in amber beetle shellack and has a blood sapphire and weasel canine augmentation upon its crest. Additionally there is a rooster feather arrangement affixed to the skull at the foramen magnum and two tassels of snapper long bones, wood and greenstone beads, and steel maille links. The snapper shell has an inner lining of rabbit fur and three sets of leather straps for attachment to the body. The longest braid wrapping around the back and strapping across the chest with a buckle. The other two straps include hair-on sections of cow leather for comfort and strap the bicep, mid arm and at the elbow.

This piece is adjustable, however it is meant for individuals with small to medium arms. Although it may be customized for larger wearers upon request.
